About Me

My photo
Rollins
A lifelong computer junkie, I retired from teaching in the Department of Computer Science and Engineering at the University of South Florida in Tampa in May 2011. After a year and a half of doing independent research and software development, striving to become the next dot com gezillionaire, I decided I should get a job. I worked as a programmer for ten months at Mad Mobile in Tampa. From the end of 2013 through the end of 2015 I worked as a programmer for Geographic Solutions, in Palm Harbor. From January through May of 2016 I was back at USF teaching full time in the Computer Science Department. Now retired again, working to get up to speed on on Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning.
